Satay or sate?

We've finally found where to find the chicken thigh fillet, Alhamdulillah. So the Satay project is officially ON! Hehe..

As usual, been googling here and there to find the easiest recipe; so I've just do my own version of adding bits of here and there again. Huhu..But, Alhamdulillah, lepas bahagian penapisan rasa di rumah, kira okay la kan? =)

    Haritu ada tanya kak LG. Tp kami jumpa dkat Halal butcher area rumah kami shj Alhamdulillah. Maybe selama ni tak terfikir nak beli, tu yg tak perasan ada jual. huhu..

    Range harga depends on butcher, from $10.99 - $12.99 per kg akak harganya.
